Sponsor-Led Execution

Nairad Investments is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, financing, asset management, and disposition of each commercial real estate investment.

Aligned GP Economics

Nairad Investments is compensated through standard sponsorship fees, including acquisition, asset management, and disposition fees, aligning execution incentives across the full investment lifecycle.

Passive Limited Partner Participation

Limited Partners provide the equity capital required for acquisition and participate passively, with no operational responsibilities.

Investment materials are shared only with qualified investors and subject to review and governing documents.
